Batsford,, [1926]. 8vo., First Edition, with a coloured frontispiece and 219 photographs and plans in the text, free endpapers mildly browned; original decorative blue cloth upper board blocked and lettered in black, gilt back, backstrip faded (but all lettering wholly legible), a very good, clean, tight copy. Designs for commuter-belt housing in the style of the Twenties. Architects include Basil Oliver, Quennell and the author, with a well-organised text. Uncommon in this condition.
