The last volume (bound in publisher's cloth) has seriously soiled covers, but interior is fine.Each vol. between 200 and 700 pp. Complete series of the ''matricule'' of Louvain University. It starts in 1426 right up till 1797. Because the loss of archival material there is no information on the period 1570-1615. The set comprises over 7000 pages and is fully indexed. This is an inexhaustible source for the intellectual history of the 15th-16th c. in the Low Countries and for the following centuries in the Southern Low Countries. The edition has been made according the highest publication standards.
