Bestelde boeken kunnen teruggestuurd worden binnen 10 dagen indien ze niet overeenstemmen met de beschrijving en na ons expliciet accoord. Un livre commandé peut être retourné s'il ne corresponds pas à la description, seulement dans un délai de dix jours après la réception et avec notre accord explicit.
