The dust jacket is soiled & chipped with a number of pieces out. 318 & [1] pages. Illustrated with 8 color plates, 16 full-page black-and-white illustrations & black-and-white drawings by Robert Ball. There is occasional light soiling. Good in a fair dust wrapper.

Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
