The binding is lightly rubbed. The dust jacket is lightly rubbed & soiled with its spine darkened. Its top edge is roughed with a tear to the head of its spine and a tear with a small piece out to the top edge of its rear panel. 28 pages plus 69 illustrations in black & white and color. Very good in a good dust wrapper. From the library of Cora Ginsberg with her signature on the front endpaper and the front panel of the dust wrapper and her address label on the rear pastedown. Cora Ginsberg was an art dealer and consultant in antique textiles. She worked with her husband Benjamin Ginsberg at his family's antique firm Ginsberg & Levy, and later at his new firm Benjamin Ginsburg Antiquary. After his retirement, she opened her own gallery called Cora Ginsberg, Inc. This book is a title in the series "Costume of the Western World". Blum's text is translated from the French by D. I. Wilton. Very good .
