Books remain the property of Amstelbooks.eu until full payment of the bill has taken place.
The sending of the ordered books is for the risk of Amstelbooks.eu. Amstelbooks.eu reserves the right to insure the goods.
The costs for shipping and insurance are passed on to the buyer.
Each purchase can be returned to Seller within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (prior notification by email will be appreciated).
A refund of the purchase price (not including shipping costs) follows.

If you return the book due to an incomplete description the purchase price including shipping will be refunded.
Returns must reach seller in the same state in which they were sent to the buyer.
The risk of returns is expressly for the sender.

U ontvangt vooraf een opgave van het totaalbedrag per email. Boeken worden geleverd tegen vooruitbetaling.
Betaling kan geschieden via bank- of giro-overschrijving, of via Paypal / Creditcard.
Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van Amstelbooks.eu totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de Amstelbooks.eu.
Amstelbooks.eu behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden.
De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper.

Elke aankoop kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, zonder opgaaf van reden, aan verkoper retour gezonden worden (een voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt op prijs gesteld), waarna restitutie van het aankoopbedrag (niet de verzendkosten) volgt.
Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd.
Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden.
Het risico van retourzendingen is nadrukkelijk voor de afzender.
