Prepared to help officers meet the requirements of General Order 50, issued the prior year, which required the training of soldiers under their own officers. OCLC shows 2 copies of which only the one at USMA is actually present; the BL reports one though it is miscatalogued. Boards soiled with some minor bumping else a very good with the bookplate of the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States, Commandery of the State of Illinois on front pastedown, one leaf roughly opened.

For domestic orders books are normally shipped USPS media unless another method is specified; shipping and handling is $5.00 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional volume, media rate. 8. For international orders, shipping and handling is calculated individually in order to insure the most economical rate. Smaller items can often be sent Global Priority for $34.00. Heavier and more expensive items will usually be significantly more due to postal requirements.
