Often described as a polymath, Kennedy (1926-2011) was a strange mixture of historian, television producer and museum administrator, directing the National Museum of American History and then the National Park Service. Robert Malott (1926-2018) was a noted Chicago civic and business leader, CEO of FMC Corporation, Republican politico and philanthropist. For some reason, signed copies of this title rarely surface. .
