Library stamps on foredges, but no other ex-library markings. A former owner bookplate inside, but otherwise, text unmarked. Bound volume containing all the weekly issues from July-December 1903 of Science Magazine, the academic journal of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. The journal was founded with support from renowned scientists Thomas Edison and Alexander Graham Bell. This volume includes "The Atomic Theory" by F.W. Clarke, "The Isodynamic Replacement of Nutrients" by H.P. Armsby, and "The Action of Radium, Roentgen Rays and Ultra-Violet Light on Minerals and Gems" by George F. Kunz and Charles Baskerville. Contains the bookplate of Dr. E.B. Montgomery, a nuclear physicist who worked on the Chicago Pile-1 reactor as part of the Manhattan Project. Good .
