Very faint soiling on volume 1's spine, but oterwise clean and tight. Both volumes appear virtually unhandled. The slipcase is rubbed along the edges, but still sturdy. This copy belonged to Raymond E. Goedert, auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Chicago; his stamp is on both volumes' front endpapers. Very Good .
