While undated, the website Wellington City Recollect suggests this is from 1903, based on the inclusion of certain buildings in their copy of the book. GOOD condition. Heavy chipping, flaking and tearing along the extremities of the covers, with some associated creasing. Minor loss along the edges, with the upper rear corner missing. Minor soiling, a bit heavier to the rear cover, with minor staining. Light toning and soiling in the interior. Good .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
