Original full calf binding. Boards with irregular wear, carfully repaired and polished. Smooth spine carefully strengthened with dulled gilt banding and recent brown leather title label. Inner gilt dentelles. Original marbled endpapers. Clean free-endpapers. Clean text and just light foxing to the engravings. One plate engraved by W. Cooke, and one by S. Porter; A very good copy of a scarce book.
