A perfectly serviceable reference copy, complete in two volumes; nothing fancy, but complete and sturdy. Each volume measures 4 1/4" x 7" in size. Gilt-stamped dentelles to outer covers, scuffing to covers, tips, edges, and with gilt-tooling to spines, title and volume number over burgundy label-boxes. Bumping to and scuffing of spine heads and feet. Inside Volume I is residue probably from a previous owner's bookplate, [4], 3-231 [1] pp. plus publisher's advertisements at frontis. Volume II shows the same residue, at 238 pp., and with some slight loss to title page at bottom. Interiors to both volumes are quite clean and lovely. Sometimes, however, books change condition insofar as they sit on the shelf for a long time, get moved by customers, get taken to and from book fairs, and so on. Most orders will ship within one to two business days, but often times, they will go out on the same day as they are ordered. I've based my shipping costs on the assumption of books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized (extra thick, extra long, etc.), I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping is required. Bubble mailers and boxes will be expertly and securely wrapped and monitored. Please contact us if there is anything extra or different you need us to do.
