Binding sound, no names/writing/bookplates, single micro-dent back cover, surface rubbing top two inches of spine and a little of the adjacent area front cover along the spine (printing surface rubbed off to white on the front cover area, about 2/3 of the title head of spine obliterated while subtitle and author s name are intact on the lower portion of the spine). Numerous drawings of early plans/layouts of many American cities & towns (most seem to be in the East or Midwest). Very Good.
