The covers have some beginning curling and light creasing to the corners. There is an over 1" long tear to the middle of the spine joint, along with edge wear and chipping. The text pages are mostly clean and bright. The cover art is by Howard Brown. Articles include: The Psychic Detective by Walter Franklin Prince, Radio Rules in the Making by George H.
