Laid-in loose is a TLS dated 2/22/78 addressed to Col. Richard Jones, USAR ret. from Major-Gen. Herbert Martin, USAR Commanding. The letter was sent with this book. A very scarce regimental history of the now de-activated 'Wildcat Division' which served in both world wars. .
