Included are: The Case of the Co*k-Sure Groupies by Ellen Sander (about a group of Plaster Casters (people who take plaster casts of Rock Band members....members) . The Trial of Abbie Hoffman's Shirt by the US Govt, The (White) Protestant Restoration by Larry Josephson, and several pages worth of cartoons.. Very Good+ .

Postage $7.00 per book US for priority shipping/ Federal Express for first book and $2.00 for each succeeding title thereafter or $5.00 for Media mail shipping for first book & $1.00 for each succeeding title.(please note that packages shipped this method can take up to four weeks to arrive). International Orders $17.00 for surface rate shipping (we do try to use Global Priority Mail for quicker service whenever possible) over-sized books or heavy books would be quoted separately.
