NY, Grosset & Dunlap, 1922. photoplay edition. A very good hardcover book in a good dustjacket. Jacket has one-inch chip at base of spine and a small oval hole higher up in spine. Issued with the now-lost 1922 silent film starring Betty Compson. The Paramount film was produced by Adolph Zukor. The photoplay includes six stills from the film. A naval adventure film set in Colonial Virginia and dealing with pirates. .
