Small bookseller's label close to lower edge on insde of front cover (James Miles, Leeds). Bequest bookplate also in inside of rear cover. Black and white frontis and plate and a few vignette illustrations. Reference number hand-written on frontis. No dust jacket, as published. Stamps for Halifax Antiquarian Society and "Withdrawn" stamp on front end-papers and prelims. Pages of main text and plates (including reverse of plates) are free from stamps.
