Names, Owners and Occupiers with areas of land and values on 15 originally handwritten sheets tilled Folio 1-15. With fine details of people and places. Many properties owned by Mr. E.P.Walker but c.200 other names listed. The last sheet has a general account of the propieters. Photocopies (not recent) are in good condition and legible. With a folder concerning proposed improvements in Hexthorpe in 1972. See scans. . Very Good
