15. Eight coloured designs for houses, some in the typical modern interbellum style. All designs (measuring ca. 38 x 50 cm) are made on dark (black or greybrown) stiff paper. The drawings are made in colourpaint, groundfloors are red or white coloured, views of the houses mostly colored white, roofs are naturally rendered (red tiles, blue grey slates). The designs consist of a groundfloor and two fully worked out views of the house. 1) Labelled TYPE B. 2 semidetached houses with a flat roof. 2) Labelled TYPE D. 2 semidetached houses with a tiled roof. 3) Labelled TYPE F. large free standing villa, slated roof. 4) Labelled TYPE G. small traditional redbrick villa (signed by the architect). 5) Labelled TYPE H. large modern freestanding house (not unlike L.H. Dekoninck's), signed. 6) Labelled TYPE I. smaller traditional villa, slated roof, staffed views. (signed). 7) Labelled TYPE J. villa with a french slated roof, signed, view staffed with shrubs and trees. 8) Labelled TYPE L. small villa, red tiles, signed. .
