A single issue of this radical, counterculture underground newspaper from Berkeley, California, formed after a split with the Berkeley Barb over labor issues. The Tribe embraced more radical and left-wing causes. This issue with news on the trial of Ruchell Magee and Angela Davis; news on the trial of Black Panther leader Huey Newton; news on Native American struggles for recognition and rights; news on the trial of white lawyer Arthur Turco, accused of being a member of the Black Panther Party and ordering the killing of another member, etc. FAIR/GOOD condition. Horizontal fold crease present. Heavy creasing to the corners of the paper. Some wrinkling. Moderate browning. Minor soiling and some foxing. A few small tears along the extremities. Address stamp present. Fair .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
