Single issue of this long running underground newspaper from Berkeley, California, using a blend of counterculture, politics and sex ads to achieve success. This issue published in the brief window between ownership by Max Scherr. With a full page devoted to the Black Panthers, including quotes from Bobby Seale on the decentralization of police, giving local communities control, as well as pieces on the Black Panther Party platform and goals. Usual counterculture, radical and sex ads throughout. GOOD condition. Vending machine stamp on the front cover. Horizontal fold crease present. Moderate toning. Light wrinkling and edgewear, with some chips. Good .

We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
