Manuscript plat map; 16 1/2 x 21; thin paper stock in brown ink and pencil; light spots throughout - not affecting readability; fold lines, with thin splits along - no loss of paper; in good condition. An original, early map of parcels of land in present day Le Ray, New York, it listed the names of some of the earliest pioneers in the area, including John Strickland and his sons - settlers from Pennsylvania, who would be engaged in furnishing provisions for the Army during the War of 1812; the Child Family, the Coolidge Family, the Moon Family, etc. Good .
