Contents, otherwise, without blemish with bright, clean, and unmarked pages and firm, sound binding. A highly uncommon, and scarce translation of the noted French polymath's view on leadership as rendered into Ukrainian. Corresponds to OCLC #978107225 indicating only but five institutional holdings at time of cataloguing. Also contains "Kolobih derzhavnykh form" / Polibi . (p. 61-64). This publication is a condensed narration of various parts in four different works by the author discussing the topic of leadership. Translated from the French into Ukrainian.
