DSB XI, 341 - 343: 'Redi's major parasitological treatise ...in the 1684 "Osservazioni" Redi also formulated the idea of an evolutionary cycle of parasitic worms.': Norman Coll. II, comp. 1816 and 1817 (First edition same year, same publisher): 'Redi was one of the first parasitologists. His "Osservazioni" described 108 parasites (two-thirds endopathic helminths, one-third exopathic parasitic insects and acarids), which Redi discovered via dissections of many types of animals (also described in detail), including leeches, earthworms, snails, slugs, cephalopods, lobsters, various fishes and an owl. Redi's studies of insect generation and parasitism were extended by his pupil Bonomo ... who in 1687 discovered the scabies mite and the acarid etiology of scabies.': Dino Prandi, Bibl. delle opere di Fr. We gaan er van uit dat de klant begrijpt dat het door ons aangeboden antiquarische materiaal vaak een hoge ouderdom heeft bereikt en kan vergeleken worden met de oudere mens of de oudere aardappel: met rimpels en gebreken van diverse aard. Roestvlekjes, verzuring, waterschade, scheurtjes, stempels, defecten aan band en papier worden in de regel allemaal vermeld. Voorwaarden bij de verkoop volgens de richtlijnen opgesteld door NVvA en ILAB. Prijzen excl. btw [Nederland en Europa] en porto, behoudens houders van een BTW registratie nummmer. Porto tegen kostprijs. Normaalgesproken levering met factuur in het geval van bekende relaties, veelal wordt gevraagd de factuur bij vooruitbetaling te voldoen. Oudere stukken worden aangetekend en verzekerd verstuurd. Koeriersdiensten Fedex, DHL etc. mogelijk op verzoek, kosten voor de kopende partij. Boeken etc. blijven onvervreemdbaar eigendom van B.M.Israel BV antiquariaat totdat volledige betaling heeft plaatsgevonden. Retourzendingen en teruggave recht: binnen 14 dagen wanneer het artikel niet voldoet aan de verwachting of afwijkt van de beschrijving. Graag in dit geval uw bericht omtrent terugzending.
