Privately published dutch language address to the dutch public in which author criticizes the lenient attitude of dutch Government towards Sukarno and the dutch-indonesian treaties of 1949 (Round Table Conference, RTC) and New York 1962, on which both partners promised self determination for the Moluccas and the former territory of Dutch New Guinea. Author concludes that both promises have been broken, thus causing repression of the South Moluccans in Holland and the Papuans in Irian Jaya. Very good copy. Scarce.
