There is some scattered foxing of the contents (particularly affecting the preliminary pages), and a short repaired tear to the map, but the binding is unusually bright for a Kelly's Directory of this vintage; overall, this book is in good to very good condition. No edition stated; Kelly's Gloucestershire reached the 11th edition in 1906, so the 1894 edition will be the eighth edition or thereabouts.
