Binding a little rubbed, endpapers browned, bookplate to the front pastedown, 1-inch tear to the leading edge of the rear free endpaper. Overall, this copy is in good condition. Signed and inscribed by the author "Alice Pearson from Uncle St Clair, March.17.30". A short signed letter from the author is loosely inserted.
