Decorative Cloth, 8vo - over 7? - 9? tall. red cloth blind embossed and gilt titled, gilt spine and blind lower board, paste down and endpapers are yellow printed with 'Opinions of the Press' which mention 1904 and I assume this is the date of this edition, although there is an inscription to verso of title dated 1910, following the title there is a pink leaf and then a tipped in card with a facsimile letter from King Edward VII, then follows 472 numbered pages on normal paper stock, but also inserted amongst these are various pages, some folding, on different colour stock of testimonials from those who have gained inheritances from using Douglas' earlier Indices, OVERALL A VG BOOK. Very Good/No Jacket.

Australia NZD $20 to $40 by weight under 1kg.
Anywhere else NZD $40 to $60 by weight under 1kg.

These will incur extra fees if weight over 1kg.
TERMS OF SALE
-Buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees or regulatory paperwork etc.
-Payment in advance of shipping by Paypal (includes credit card), Bank Transfer, or cash locally. International Bank Transfers accepted with NZ $12 bank fee added to invoice, for orders of NZD $250 or more then this fee is waived. For New Zealand buyers we request direct bank deposit only please.

RETURNS POLICY
-Books received which are markedly different from the description, or damaged in transit, may be returned within 7 days locally or 30 days internationally for a full refund of the book cost, less shipping, after prior agreement with the seller. Please make no returns until we have agreed on a remedy to the situation.
-All orders shipped by air mail with up to 4-6 weeks to international destinations outside New Zealand. Prices in New Zealand Dollars.
