Complete set of these 88 "First Day Covers," each bearing the official "First Day of Issue" cancellation from the 88 different countries who issued the stamps and each affixed to The Franklin envelope with printed cachet at left. Each FDC is tipped to a heavy stock small 4to sheet giving the history of the country, its relationship with the U.S. a map showing the country and a description of the stamp. A few blank clear sleeves at the close contain some promotional literature on this series. .
