I aim to please! I describe every fault, tiny tear & blemish in a book, because I would like the customer to be pleased & content with their purchase. If a customer finds a book ordered from me is not as described, then within 14 days he can return it for a full refund, but only if I consider its in the same condition as when I posted it. He must have proof of posting, & should also notify me first.
