London. T. Fisher Unwin, 1901., First edition. 331 pages. Contents clean & near fine, no inscription or marks. Front & back end pages are slightly, faintly brownish along edges. Top edges gilt, & slightly dusty. B./w. frontispiece has tissue guard, and 17 full page black & white illustrations. Red cloth cover illustrated in gilt on spine and front cover. Ends of spine and corners are slightly bumped. The front top & bottom edges have a small dimple where possibly string was once tied tightly around it. Bottom edge of frontispiece and halftitle, (which is opposite) has very small red mark. 19cm. x 13cm. Hinges of endpages still intact, not split. Book is nice, tight and clean, but cover is slightly grubby. 1901

If a customer finds a book ordered from me is not as described, then within 14 days he can return it for a full refund, but only if I consider its in the same condition as when I posted it.
