Prepared in partnership with the Atlanta Dietetic Association, the booklet's aim was to help dietitians, nutritionists, etc. properly utilize the use of peanuts in cooking. It included recipes for peanut-burgers, cream of peanut soup, peanut tamale pie, and so on, as well as a short history of the peanuts in the United States' food supply. Very good .
