From left to right: Justices Bradley, Woods, Miller, Gray, Chief Justice Waite, Justices Harlan, Field, Blatchford and Matthews. Bell's signature is printed in facsimile on the lower left portion of the mat. Photo in very good condition, except for a small 2 inch flaw to the photo (scrape/tear) below Justice Waite. Wooden frame rough, some staining to mat. .
