A tear to the lower third of the spine has been repaired with Scotch tape. The bottom corner of the front cover is rubbed & creased and a contemporary playgoer's name and "10th Wedding Anniversary" is penned along the top edge. The bottom edge of the rear cover is chipped with a small piece out. 48 pages. Illustrated with a theatre plan, with color ads on the inside covers & with profuse pictorial ads in black & white. Very good. "Book and Lyrics by Otto Harbach and Oscar Hammerstein 2nd. Music by Rudolf Friml and Herbert Stothart. Book Staged by Paul Dickey. Production Under Personal Supervision of Arthur Hammerstein. Orchestra under Direction of Herbert Stothart". Program for the week beginning Monday Matinee, October 12, 1925. New York Theatre Corporation published programs for "the 60 legitimate New York theatres" and specialized in distributing advertising aimed at theatregoers. A full-page ad for Bulova watches features a portrait of Desiree Ellinger and a quote from the actress. Very good .
