The binding is darkened with staining to the front cover & 3 small pieces out of the cloth. The lower quarter of the backstrip is partially detached & there are tears & fraying to the front joint. 108 pages. The book is partially cracked at the title. The endpapers are somewhat darkened with some soiling to the front endpaper. Profuse full-page black-and-white illustrations from photographs by Ernest Rathenau. The illustrations are clean & bright. Good.
