FIRST EDITION. 8vo, 216 x 127 mms., pp. [viii], 100, contemporary calf, falling to bits, with covers detached, spine gone, and cords exposed, text slightly water-stained; with the autograph "Jas. Dean" in ink on the top margin of the title, and that of two other people surnamed Dean else on the front and rear end-papers in pencil. The text is from The Book of Common Prayer reformed according to the Plan of the late Dr. Samuel Clarke (1774), as well as Phillip Holland's A Form of Prayer and a New Collection of Psalms, for the Use of a Congregation of Protestant Dissenters in Liverpool (1763).
