First published in 1790 with the title: The Medallic History of England to the Revolution. Illustrated with forty engraved plates. Quarto. [2],112 pp. Ex library; bookplate to front pastedown, but no other marks. Early leather boards, rebacked once, but now disbound; both boards are detached. Title-page is sprung; and plates 5 & 6 are transposed. A few plates have light foxing, mostly in margins, but the majority are clean. Some offsetting from a couple of plates to facing text page.
