Duidelijk beschouwd als minder belangrijk drukwerk in de tijd van publicatie. Enkele pagina's zijn afgedrukt over kleine vouwen. - Stitched in gray paper loose back. Clearly considered less important prints in the time of publication. Some pages are printed on small folds. Rare book from the period when opium trade even by the Dutch state was and is regulated. Among other things indicated the places (read territories - islands etc.) opium possession was allowed. And also was applying this in any population. Eg distinction between natives and Chinese are provided NOT belonging to the armed forces. Curious legislation. Als nieuw.
