Indenture between Arthur Edward Rudd, Sudbury, Suffolk, Commission Agent and Albert Harrington, Great Cornard, Suffolk, bricklayer. £60.00 for a parcel of building land near the church in Great Cornard, with a frontage towards the High Roadleading from Sudbury to Bures St. Mary. Presently used as a garden formerly in the occupation of John Snowden.
