Half leathr over marbled boards, G. approx 400pp, 4 b/w engraved plates, 1pp detached with wear to the edges of the paper, binding rubbed, some spotting to the paper. Hardback , no dustjacket. ¶ An oddly bound miscellaneous collection of 4 issues of Asperne's European Magazine. The volume is titled on the spine as being 1817, but for what ever reason a mix of issues ended up inside. Each of the issues contains a mix of Political & Commercial News as well as reviews & biographies.
