Roma, Reale Accademia d'Italia, 1934. Un volume (25 cm) di 395 pagine, con 272 foro nel testo, antiporta illustrata, due carte geografiche ripiegate in fine. Legatura originale in cartonato rigido con titolo bicolore al piatto; manca la superficie del dorso, che conserva la tela sottostante (mancanze di ca 1 cm in testa e in coda) il che garantisce la normale tenuta del volume. All'interno il libro è in ottime condizioni, parzialmente a fogli ancora chiusi. Raro. Resoconto del primo viaggio scientifico di Tucci nel Tibet Occidentale per conto dell'Accademia d'Italia; ne seguirà un altro nel 1935, poi pubblicato in edizione commerciale da Hoepli.
