Napoli, Garruccio, 1816. Un volume (12,5x20 cm) di XV-349-(3) pagine. Qualche brunitura. Legatura coeva in mezza pelle, dorso liscio ornato e dorato, con doppio tassello rosso (un'etichetta). Prima ed unica edizione di questo trattato reazionario, uscito in pieno clima di restaurazione; una specie di De Maistre napoletano (già autore nel 1799 di un pamphlet Contro gli esecrandi eccessi usati dai Francesi, e dai Giacobineschi ribelli, nel Regno di Napoli). Raro, una sola copia censita nel Sbn (peraltro con paginazione errata).
