Pavia, Galeazzi, 1799....tradotti dall'originale greco inedito dall'abate Carlo Denina. Nuovamente ristampati, corretti ed aumentati. - Un volume in 8vo (13x22 cm) di XV-(1)-314 pagine. In barbe; ma all'angolo superiore delle prime pagine, erosione della carta. Modesta legatura ottocentesca in mezza pergamena muta. - Non si tratta di una traduzione, come detto nel titolo, ma di un'opera di Calo Denina, scritta a Berlino quando era ospite del re di Prussia (poi Napoleone lo nominò bibliotecario a Parigi). Ode a Pietro il Grande; e nelle ultime pagine Denina fa anche l'elogio di Caterina di Russia e delle sue riforme. (V.
