Paperback , no dustjacket. ¶ A facsimile of the auction catalogue of the music library of the noted collector and bibliophile Edward Francis Rimbault. the original from which the copy has been made has the addition of the sale prices & the purchaser in a contemporary hand. At the end is a satirical piece which makes fun of Rimbault's passion for his collection. The collection raised £1977, with much purchased by Sabin & ultimately ending up in American collections.
