Francis vigo, praying compensation for money advanced by him to General Rogers Clark, during the "Illinois Campaign," in 1778.. submit the following report. (10) pp. disbound. Vigo, a patriot, spy & financier, was not compensated for the moneys he gave to finance General Clark's campaign. In 1875 the government paid a small amount requested in Vigo's will. Removed, no sewing, tear to inner margin, clean, no foxing, light age-toning. Very Good.
