Illustrated two-page pamphlet folded in the centre featuring an image in black-and-white of Dorothy Falcouner, and a can of Sun-Rype apple juice, surrounded by decorated borders. Comprises of six recipes incorporating Sun-Rype juice including: Apple Spice Cake, Apple Jelly Dessert, Apple Pudding, Apple Crisp Pudding, Ice Cream Pie, and Mince Meat. A few light creases to the corners, tide-mark to the upper margin of the rear cover, contents remain clean, and legible. Exceedingly scarce in commerce, and while recorded in OCLC (#1010985624) we could not locate any active institutional holdings. Not in Driver. OCLC listing remarks that the "date [of publication] approximated from company beginnings in 1946. Faulconer was a Winnipeg-based "leading dietician" according to her one of her employers, Canada Packers, and in this brochure she is described as a 'lecturer and demonstrator'.
