Illustrated stapled card covers bearing a black and white photographic centre-piece depicting Ross Peak subtitled: "On the road to the Caves - Ross Peak in centre". Replete with many black and white photographs, one large colour fold-out map affixed to the verso of the rear cover entitled, "Topographical Map Showing The Position of The Nakimu Caves in Gougas Creek Valley, Selkirk Mts. British Columba (From Photographic and other Surveys, July and August, 1905)". Map measures 17.5" x 17.5", and with the exception of one very short closed tear to the left margin it remains complete, unmarked, and in near find condition. Light rubbing to the extremities (covers), short closed tear (about 1 inch) along the spine fold (binding remains sound). Internally, remains clean, and unmarked. Overall, good+. .
