This anthology contains pieces written by Mozart between the ages of five and twelve, and shows the composer's progressive mastery of the techniques of composition, from the ten measures of the first Andante to the Allegro sonata movement and a two-movement Sonata. For this reason, the pieces have not been arranged in order of difficulty, but in chronological order of composition.
